I want to appreciate the effort and the Hard work that all the employees do over here and i would like to thank u Pak Aji Duty Manager, Rafli and layla for assist us to get near clinik when i need Thanks to Rahman and warno also for taking extra care of me .Thank you pullman for going extra limit to help and assist your guest. I really happy

Booking from Agoda Travel Stay in this Hotel for 1 night and join accor plus membership with Pak Aji Duty Manager. We get special price and upgrade to next level room for nex staycation I really happy and enjoy with my daughter even though during my stay had shocking because there’s earthquake in west java area but they can made me calm down and enjoying the drink at the Lounge. Thanks Pak Aji and rafli. Will definitely come nack for sure

a great stays at pullman cp for my family. The room was food we upgrade to suite for better staying experience. The staffs were super friendly and aware The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hamam too. In the morning lots of staffs greet us, at breakfast area one young woman trainee gave us a cute teddy bear thank u Layla, Najwa and pak Aji as duty manager.

Best Hotel service, nice location and near by the mall Especially staff name Aji as Duty Manager and layl they service was excellent. Nice food, near the food street also Very good facilities and i Will definitely come back to this hotel for sure
